Auto Detail Tech
RC Detail is continues to expand and so do the number of vehicles coming into our facility! We would love to bring on a individual who would love to learn the world of detailing!
We are looking to hire multiple full-time employees to come help us. The ideal candidate does not have to have experience, as we will teach them. We simply ask that you have a drive to succeed, can communicate with your fellow employees, is a team player, can be punctual, care about your work and the end result, detailed oriented and would like to make some money!
Who are we?
We are the Premier Auto-body Detailer in Wasilla that offers first-class auto detailing services. We service everything from a car or truck, to an ATV, boat, or RV! The owner, Robbie, has a passion for restoring vehicles back to excellence and stands by the statement, “It’s all in the Details”. We’re passionate about our work and love to share that passion with our team and customers!
Responsibilities:
Learning and performing exterior washes and interior details
This includes prepping chemicals and products used in the wash bay by our Techs each day, as well as executing different exterior wash methods prior to the detail, which we will teach you!
• Ability to perform interior detailing services through our taught process
• Perform various duties around the facility, such as sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning shop towels and rags, greeting a customer, etc.
• Have some fun! We are a VERY fast-paced business that takes extreme care of the vehicles entering our facility, but we like to enjoy our time together at work.
Requirements:
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- This is only required if the candidate is 18 years of age or older, however, reliable transportation to and from the facility is required.
• Available Monday – Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm.
Compensation:
• Starting pay $15.00- 20.00 per hour with the potential to earn additional compensation through commission structure
• Potential to earn a performance bonus at 90 days.
• PTO time after 6 months
• 9 paid holidays after 90 Days
